Capital Investments
We fund towards the initiation of a Business, analyzing the potential of the Company / Entrepreneur / Skill set / Capacity and their product or service, in exchange for equity stake or on profit sharing. We make efforts in securing Mortgages for assurance.

 

Working Capital Investments

We also fund towards pre-existing businesses which has the prospective to upscale in their line of trade. We offer them a NWC to be paid in either in 12, 24 or 48 equal installments to be repaid within a year on revolving terms.

Small and Medium Scale Business

We provide low cost funds and assistance to individuals, small business entities and the population at grass root level.

Cash Loan

Every day, we wake up in the face of unexpected rise in our routine expenses! Unplanned expenses can make managing your finances difficult and leave you with nowhere to turn to. Beanstalk offers cash loans up to 3 times a customers’ monthly salary up to a maximum of Rs. 250,000, with a maximum repayment period within 12 equal installments. We will review your personal circumstances and recommend a plan that fits in with clients’ personal needs, and offer affordable repayment options.

Short Term Loans

Whether it is for debt consolidation or a brand new vehicle, we have a loan for you. Mortgage loans, vehicle loans and short term loans for working capital requirements are all amongst our loan facilities.

Short Term loans are provided to Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs based within the city and suburbs, to be repaid either daily or weekly within a period of 120 days to lubricate their financial stance. We evaluate the cash sales of the customer per day and fix our daily payment on a 10% ratio.

Micro Finance

More broadly, it is a product whose object is to ensure “a world in which as many poor and near-poor households as possible have permanent access to an appropriate range of high quality financial services. These services will include not just simply access to credit and savings facilities, but also entrepreneurial guidance to ensure the success of their ventures”. We strongly believe that such access will help rise out of poverty an increasing proportion of Sri Lanka’s population.

 

Micro Credit

Small loan amounts will be given to members of the rural population, assisting them in starting their own business. To increase business, further credits at highly reasonable rates will be given to those who perform well.

Hire Purchase

Beanstalk provides a simple and easy to manage hire purchase scheme to purchase machinery, business equipment, etc.

Import/Exports

We facilitate Imports either by opening L/C or paying the duty component. We also fund Exporters to facilitate procuring the commodities for export.

Bank Bill Discounting

As per norm, all transactions cascading from the Producer / Importer/ Manufacturers all the way up to the Consumer are all Credit Transactions based on Post-dated cheques. We, at Beanstalk, liquidate such cheques to facilitate our clients against an interest rate after evaluating the Financial History, Background check and Credibility of both the Supply Chain as well as the Dealer.

Real Estate, Real Development and Land Sales:

Beanstalk provides financial support to realtors and builders of condominiums and commercial purpose buildings.

 

We buy and sell properties, and fund development of apartments and commercial spaces by securing several units/portions of the premises. We also act as realtors on commission basis.
